Eminent Globexim is dedicated to bringing you its products in the most efficient way possible, right to your doorstep. To ensure our customers are served well and on time, we have partnered with one of the best freight forwarding and clearing services to make all deliveries happen quickly and accurately.
However, there are a few things that you, as our valued customer, need to know about our Shipping Policy:
- We ship all over the world.
- (For India ONLY) If the delivery is not made or the customer is not available at the delivery address, the courier company will hold the product for 3 days and then return it back to the Eminent Globexim headquarters.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to mention any specific delivery instructions (e.g., "if out, leave with neighbour" or "round back of house") while placing the order. If there are no instructions, then in case of a failed delivery, any additional charges incurred will have to be paid by the customer.
- Instructions must be given if the customer wants the goods to be left at the address without a signature. This should only be done if the customer is sure the package will remain safe, as neither Eminent Globexim nor the courier company will accept liability for loss in such cases.
- Once the order has been processed and dispatched to the courier company, any request to change the delivery address will incur an additional charge.
Processing Time for Delivery:
- All retail prepaid orders are shipped within 24–48 hours*.
- Orders placed over the weekends are dispatched on Mondays.
Order Cancellation:
To cancel an order, please send us a written request (an email will suffice) within 1 day of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched, no cancellation requests will be entertained. We also reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
Faulty / Damaged Goods:
At Eminent Globexim, we ensure that any item purchased is of top quality and fit for its intended purpose. However, your rights in the case of a faulty product depend on the nature of the fault and how long you have had the goods.
